Machining and fabrication services include the widest range of CNC turning capabilities in the area with several lathes including Harrison, Haas, and Milltronics brands.  PMi2 also has a Nardini manual lathe for special circumstances when manual turning is preferred.  CNC and manual milling services are also offered in-house at PMi2, with machinery from Milltronics, Bridgeport, and Chevalier on the machine shop floor.  Surface, OD, and ID grinding equipment includes a variety of machinery, ranging from Okamoto to Brown and Sharp.  Two heat treating furnaces allow for different sized jobs, and welding, sawing, and laser marking services are also available.
